Dawn Blakeman heads our equine reception team. Organising the days work for 8 vets can be quite a daunting task –
with as many as sixty or more separate visits to arrange.
Dawn relaxes outside of work with her own horse and enjoys hacking out in the Staffordshire Countryside.
Kathy assists Dawn with the smooth running of the day’s work.
She is very well known as a BHS riding instructor and is
active with the South Staffs Pony club.
Eloise Waller
Eloise works part time in reception and spends the rest of her time looking after her own pony stud farm,
breeding and showing Welsh Mountain ponies.
Jan Tempest
Jan joined us from the Armitage branch last year. She has worked as veterinary receptionist for many years.
Accounts Manager
Lynne McKeon
Lynne is our accounts manager.
She is one of the longest serving members of staff.
Lynne owns her own horse and is also a church of England lay preacher.
Andrea Boulton
Andrea is the accounts assistant. She spends her spare time with her son, her son’s pony and walking her dog.
Administration
Vicky Howard
Vicky is in charge of administration at Crown Inn. There are large numbers of reports to prepare, booster reminders
and other items to be sorted out each day.
