The two practices were amalgamated on the 1st March 2005. Clients who attended the Armitage surgery prior to the merger will still be able to continue to use all the facilities there as before. In addition their pets will have access to full practice facilities including 24-hour nursing care at our practice in Lichfield. Pool House clients who live near the Armitage surgery will also be able to make use of a more local facility. Surgery hours at Armitage are:- Mon. - Fri. 9.00am - 10.00am, 2.00pm - 3.00pm 4.30pm - 6.30pm Sat. 9.00am - 10.00am Out of hours emergency service: - 01543 262464, 262433. Available to all registered clients. The Armitage surgery has consulting facilities, an operating theatre, and day kennelling facilities. There is a small in house laboratory facility, an X ray machine, and ultrasonic dental equipment.   There is a small but comfortable waiting room and reception area. Waiting area. Karen Karen is a fully qualified veterinary nurse who has been nursing at the Armitage practice for 8 years. Julie Julie is a fully qualified veterinary nurse and helps out part time at the Armitage branch.
