	Pool House Veterinary Group is accommodated within a listed Queen Anne house in the Historic City of Lichfield Staffordshire. Although extensively altered internally the house still retains its old charm and character externally. The Practice has been in Lichfield since the mid 19th Century, previously located in Bore Street.
Our next door neighbour is the beautiful medieval Cathedral. Despite being in such a scenic location the Practice is fortunate to have an extensive car park. This can become congested during busy periods, but usually there is plenty of space.
	All surgeries at the practice are appointment only (except emergency cases). So please make an appointment with our reception Staff on 01543 262462, 262433. The picture shows Karen one of our team of receptionists.
In the event of an emergency your pet will be given priority but please telephone before you come down to the practice so that our Staff can be prepared. Also remember that appointments can be delayed by emergency treatment. There is a large waiting room, but if your dog is noisy or distressed the reception staff can arrange to put you in a quiet room, or if preferred call you from your car.
